Hi I have psoriasis and potentially psoriatic arthritis. I wanted to get the vaccine but I'm not sure which one to get as I have heard the vaccine can cause severe flare ups in people with psoriasis.
I am not on any systemic or immunosuppressive medicines at the moment.
Can someone advice me whether I should viral vector vaccine like covishield and Sputnik or should I get inactive vaccine like covaxin? Thank you.

There are no specific guidelines about whether any specific vaccine is better for rheumatic conditions such as psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis
