Vaccine questions
Hi I have psoriasis and potentially psoriatic arthritis. I wanted to get the vaccine but I'm not sure which one to get as I have heard the vaccine can cause severe flare ups in people with psoriasis. I am not on any systemic or immunosuppressive medicines at the moment. Can someone advice me whether I should viral vector vaccine like covishield and Sputnik or should I get inactive vaccine like covaxin? Thank you.

all vaccine have the propensity to flare up arthritis activity. you have no other options than to take the vaccine. we would rather ask the patient to take it in remission period. if your joints are quiet right now, u can take it.
