I have already double vaccinated with Pfizer. Could i do again vaccination with covi shield? Will I create any health problem? A

It depends upon when you receive the last second shot of Pfizer vaccine. If you received it more than nine months ago then you might be eligible for a booster shot.
If you are in India there is no evidence on efficacy of giving booster of Covi shield after Pfizer vaccine
