She can have vaccination. As per present study Covaxin is slightly better.
Don't use dicyclofenac for post vaccination fever, pains.

Diclofenac allergy has no co-relation with the vaccination
You can go for any vaccine available at the centre where you schedule your vaccination
Both are equally effective and protective against covid
