Uterus ultrasound
I just got an ultrasound done and the report says- 1. Retroverted uterus. 2. Bulky cervix with echogenic focus in cervical canal. 3. Illdefined Hypovascular iso-hypoechoic intra muscular swelling (17.2 *11.4 mm) noted in right hypochondrium region.

Hello, you should have attached report. Ultrasound scan is required to diagnose not findings . after going through your ultrasound report , I think it could be fibroma or leomyoma . If doctor is express doubt he may recommend MRI ,kindly consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital ,doctor will do needfull.
