oval shaped hypoechoic lesion are seen within the myometrium . the largest is seen in the lower posterio myometrium measuring 37.83*39.02mm , pls can u revert this mm in cm and do i need operation

If you have children, and monthly periods are regular with normal amount of flow, no active management at present. If it is causing urine problem or constipation, or producing any symptoms, needs immediate management
