Using of spectacles
I have been using same spectacles from 3 years,Vision also gets very clear
1) Is it safe to using same spectacles from 3 years,do we need to change the spectacles for how many years??
2) Is there any best vitamin supplement for eye ?

If the condition is good, you can use them.
Good food habits and lifestyle management is better than supplements at your age, at least.
Else you could do a check and take vitamins if necessary .
