  4. Using hairband. A hairband or grow hair?

Using hairband.
I recently started using a hairband to lay hair near the forehead backwards as I am planning to grow a pony later. Is it bad for men to use a hairband or grow hair? A few people have told me it causes hairfall and that hairline declines. Please guide me on this and on any other care I have to take to achieve my goal.

The traction over the hair can cause traction all alopecia so think about it.
