Using eye drops

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have Allergic Conjuctivis and Dry eyes. I use prescribed eye drops for a week and my one eye gets Better but now there is still irritation and itching in another eye. My doctor prescribed me eye drops again. Now Should i have to use eye drops in both eyes or just the one eye which is itches?

Use them in both eyes...do cold sponging..avoid dust and sunlight..wear goggles while going out..wash eyes with cold water..
