Using Alfoo with Tadalafill

Hi Doctor has given me Alfoo 10 mg with Tadalafill 5 mg and levoxy tablet for LUTS and epidymytis. I have heard the combination causes very low blood pressure. Is it safe to take both the medicines toghether ?

Yes it is safe to take both the medication together as alfuzosin is a uroselective alpha blocler and tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor.
