Hello sir, for lower abdomen pain dr. Suggest me to usg of whole abdomen where result show Hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty liver what does it mean please...and kindly

More fat deposition in liver. Eat less of fatty meals, less sugary foods and more of proteins. Exercises. Avoid alcohol and junk foods.
