Ultracet is a combination tablet with Tramadol (opioid group of drugs) and Paracetamol. This tablet is safe for kidneys, however not exceed its use. It can have CNS side effects and gastric irritation and constipation as well.
Paracetamol too shouldn’t be taken beyond a certain recommended dosage in patients with liver ailments.
Moreover it is banned for sale as OTC drug now.
