  4. Use of ovral-g. 5th day from her period?

A doctor prescribe ovrel-g to my sister. But she take that madicine 23 days without any pause instead of 20. So now what should she do? Stop the medication and that in the next month from the 5th day from her period? Plese rply quickly.
