I am now 27 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have blocked nose unable to breath one side in night
Can I use nasivion nasal drops ? Please suggest me whether to use it or not

You can use nasoclear saline nasal drops. You can use steam inhalation. There is karvol cap which is punctured & liquid taken on a hanky. This you can use for smelling it opens blocks.
You should do Anulom vjlom pranayam. It is vey helpful & good
