  4. Urine routine test in fever. Anything?

Urine routine test in fever
My son is 3 years 1 month old. From yesterday evening he is suffering from fever. He is taking Ibugesic and sinarest syrup. Today urine routine test is done .in this test result pH is 1, specific gravity is nil, and appearence is 6. Need to do anything?
