Urine routine analysis

I am 7 months pregnant..I had done my routine urine analysis and culture...culture report yet to be obtained...in urine analysis it is showing bacteria -18/hpf ..rest everything is within normal range ....what does that mean???

Bacteria in urine during pregnancy should be treated with antibiotics. You need empirical antibiotics till culture report is available then specific antibiotics according to culture report. If left untreated consequences are not good.
