Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have ejaculatory dysfunction as I cannot masturbate due to which I have a 10 mm cyst in Prostate in my ultrasound which I did last month. Besides this I am having daily nightfall and urine leakage (i.e. 1-2 drops) in my underwear which is blocking my urine maybe due to the Urethra or nerves that is stopping urine from coming out. I am passing urine with great difficulty as I feel I will stop urinating. Can you please advise on the above ?
