Urine not controlled
I am 50 years old. My periods stopped three years back. Now I had problem and couldn't control my urine. When I sneeze or cough there was a leak but now a days even when I bend down there is a leakage. What should I do. Should I consult a Gynaecologist or Urologists

You might want to cut back on your overall fluid intake to reduce bladder pressure..consult urologist.
