Urine irritation

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi Dr, Everyday I feel some irritation (tolerable) in the penis after passing first urine in the morning and that would feel me to go rest room repeatedly. I consulted the Dr and took urine, blood and Ultra sound for stone, and all tests appeared as normal even though I’m feeling the same irritation which makes me uncomfortable for last 1 month. Can you please help suggest what should I do next?

Hello, if your symptoms are more in the morning then try stopping tea and coffee especially in evenings and night, avoid spicy foods and restrict animal protein diet
