Urine infection

Since last 1 1/2 months i am facing this problem. i am feeling burning sensation while urinating. i feel it towards the end of the process. the passage burns. i feel like some urine is left behind, though i do not feel the pressure or urge to urinate. there is a strange feeling of dripping with in the passage drop by drop in regular intervals / cycles after urination. but nothing comes out. this continues for few minutes, then stops. i feel a strange tingling pain while the drop drips. the pain also comes in cycles. flow rate has reduced a bit. took norflox 400 and urimax for sometime. initially it helped but after stopping the medication, it returned. since last 15 days its continuous inspite of taking medicines. please help & guide.

Suggestive of urinary tract infections...Urinary tract infections can be painful, but you can take steps to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection. Follow these tips: Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria. Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder. Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate. Use a heating pad. Apply a warm, but not hot, heating pad to your abdomen to minimize bladder pressure or discomfort....if no improvements or if you are having fever Consult nearest physician they will help you further Regards
