Urine Infection
I am male of age 36 years suffering from type II diabetes and is under medication and diet plan. i am keeping a track of my sugar levels by having monthly blood and urine tests with empty stomach and post lunch session and now the sugars levels are control but this time i had done my urine routine test and the report shows some pus cells in the range of 35-40 hpf and epithelial cells in the range 10-12 hpf and bacteria present(+). please let me know whether it is a matter on concern.

Urine culture and sensitivity test should also be done and appropriate antibiotic as per culture report should be started
