Hi there...I can understand your concern. It looks like you are suffering from a urinary tract infection, caused by klebsiella species. According to the culture report there are many treatment options like ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, cefixime to which the organism is sensitive. However kindly consult a general physician or urologist once for clinical examination. After examining they will be able to start appropriate oral antibiotics.
