Urine c & s report
My wife is pregnant for 12 week, now from her urine c&s report, culture shows growth of klebsiella species. After that my gynaecologist prescribed tab flavocip , tab akucef / gericef 500, syp citol uti, syp apispur . Now I want to know is it really necessary for a pregnant women to take such
medicine, also is this medicine safe or harmful for a pregnant women? Please clarify my doubts..? Is such type of growth dangerous for pregnancy?

One antibiotic depending upon the culture sensitive report should be enough along with lots of oral fluids and water...
