Urine burning sensation
Urine burning sensation for 10 years intermittently. Sometimes I find blood in semen. Dr. Prescribed many tests but all are normal.

It is possible that you have developed chronic prostatitis and that is resulting into burning urination and blood in semen. You will need a culture sensitivity of expressed prostatic secretion and semen culture. You would require an appropriate antibiotic course which will run for long duration.
