Urine and stool problem

Asked for Female, 75 Years

Sir my Grandmother Age 75 is facing problem in Urine and stool,She used to feel pain also. We have cosulted a doctor he has done tests n given medicine but she is not feeling well m pain is not decreasing.. I am ataching the reports and the medicines are- 1.Rabemac dsr 2.Tab Zenocin F 3.Rafle-200 4.Tryptomer 25mg 5.Caldikind plus 6Inj Anaspas As i can attach only 2 reports so some reports i am writing down: Urine examination- Ep cells 1-2 lpf Pus cell 0-1 hpf Rbc celss Nil Blood sugar-86.7 mg% S creatinine -0.9 mg% S uric acid -4.6 mg%

As per my advice, you must do an ultrasonography of whole abdomen and pelvis firstly. She might suffer from renal calculi. Take Tab Zanocin F twice daily after food for 5days. Tab Pan-D 1tab twice daily before food for 10days. Avoid tab rafle 200, caldikind plus untill further advice from my side. If your mother has renal calculi than intake of calcium tablets will increase the size of renal stone. Take Tab Drotin-Ds 1tab twice daily after food for 5days. Inj anaspas 1amp i.m s.o.s. Rrview with ultrasonography of whole abdomen report as soon as possible.
