There is a slight chance of getting infection from a public toilet if the toilet is not clean and penis touches the commode. If the penis does not touch then chance of infection is very less

Penis infection is unlikely due to just Urinating in public toilets. Drink atleast 3 litres of water per day and maintain genital hygiene
