Urinary tract infection
Hi so on Monday I experienced this continuous lower back pain along with lower abdomen pain and since the last two days I have this constant urge of peeing but when I go to the washroom very less urine comes out. So is this a urinary tract infection and I am taking alkazar liquid for this. Other than this I have no symptom of uti so is this a uti and is alkazar the correct medicine for treating uti?

It looks like Urinary tract infection only.
But only Alkasol might not solve it. You may need antibiotics for the same.
