No symptoms except burning micturition and high grade fever last 4 days. 104 to 102. Pediac prescribes monocefo o and meftal p. 5th day fever is 100F. Another physician asked to give citralka also. Now what should be next step. Child is still having mild fever. It's been 1 day only since diagnosis and starting of antibiotics . Will it resolve completely. What action should I take next.
