I’m male 21 yrs... Recently I have got this problem.. just a week back.. I went and got it scanned and there is urinary bladder wall thickening... now I feel bit better after going under medication .. but I did not explain the doctor about my other problem which I’m facing past a week .. there is no sperm coming after jerking off..
will it be healed after sometime as soon as I get rid of the wall thickening problem.. or is it something serious?
Ps: I used to jerk off 1-2 times a day

If u are taking tamsulosin then retrograde ejaculation is a known side effect.
