Urinary problems
Dr. I am 59 year old male. I have been suffering from urinary problems since last few years. The problems I have been facing is frequent urination and pain at the bladder area. especially on right side. While coughing, sneezing also I get the pain. There is slight weakness in flow of urine. There is a lot of burning after passing the urine. Prostrate size is 35 cc. Once the bladder is full, I have to rush for urination.
Some of the test result is as follows :-
Urine routine- only PUS cells shows 1-2/hpf. All other are absent.
Blood urea nitrogen- 9.9 mg/DL
St creatine - 1.04 mg%
eGFR- 77.7 ml/min/1.73 sqm.

It seems that you are having enlarged prostate...and you have already been put on urimax 0.4mg..continue with the medicine for atleast 3months and c if you have any improvement..otherwise we may change it to some other formulation.....mean while curtail your night time fluid intake so that u don't have to wake up much at night...
