Urinary issue, balanitis. Prescriptions.

I was getting treated for balanoposthitis as mentioned by doctor, symptom was redness under the foreskin and i was experiencing tickling feeling. Post the medication my current position is that the top of the foreskin is little inflated and its now difficult for me to roll down the foreskin as it has developed some small skin cracks, under the foreskin its little red with inflammation. Usually to put on suggested lotion i first use warm water to clean the skin and head as it helps to roll down the foreskin. There is no issue while urination or day to day activities but on my last visit doctor informed that we will wait till saturday or else it needs to be operated. I definitely need a second opinion in this. Pics attached of doctor prescriptions.
