My urinary examination- RBC-02-04 hpf Pus cell-06-09 Albumin- Trace I also have some irritation in urethra and frequent urination..... do I have infection or UTI?

First of all as per the report it's difficult to say that you have UTI. pus cells in that range is normal even though on reports few centers say that it's high. But clinically it's in normal range. Secondly burning sensation or irritation can be due to water deficit. Like nowadays it's hot and humid. So drink plenty of water. U can take some syp which alkanises urine and helps to get relief

Yes ,u take one antibiotic tab norflox 400 twice aday ,syp alkasol 10 ml 3 times ady ,tab pan 40 once ,increase water intake all for 4 days
