Urinary bladder thickness 4.8 mm ,pvr 71 cc I am not able to urinate without put pressure on bladder , after one month treatment of antibiotics course my pvr is 60cc , I can urinate easily but sometime I feel hesitancy . sometime feel pain in tip of panis

You need to get Uroflowmetry test done to quantify Urine flow rate.
