I am having periorbital edema. Doctor told me to Take ALLEGRA 120 MG 2 times a day. But I had already taken 1 tablet levocetrizine 5 MG. So in another 3 hours, Can I take ALLEGRA 120 MG ?

Yes..you can take ... But these questions should be asked to the treating doctor.. Dont continue both.. Only 1 of them Pic n more details would help to diagnose condition .. I'd it is allergy, some cold fermenatation will also help n some local meds .. Anyway,  follow your doc .
