Urethral Stricture
I'm suffering from this problem from over 20 years.... 8-9 years back went thru dilation but no use.
Kindly suggest if Uttar Basti is permanent remedy for it or if any oral treatment can help.

Uttar Basti will surely help you as it can treat the problem and reduce the symptoms of patients. In many cases it has shown very good results. Internal medicine can be continued along with it. Chances of infection remain high during UB so it should be done carefully.

Uttar basti will surely help you,but you will have to take it on regular basis . It will keep tap on symptoms but may not cure it completely. Oral treatment even has limitations.
