Upper right abdomen or naval pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 24 years old , have a mild pain at short duration sometimes in my upper right abdomen or naval.I don't even notice at times.I get used to it.it started last month before one week my periods started and ended one week after period.Now again started before my period.I have pcod and irregular periods problem.I have doubts that i have appendix or cyst.what treatment will be better for me.
