Sir firstly i would like to know the nature and exact location of pain..If the same is near central upper abdomen with burning sensation then its due to gastritis..If the same is near right upper abdomen with intermittent colics then the same would be due to gallstone with or without inflammation..Also a possibilty of Pancreatitis must be ruled out..
Next Steps
Consider the following 1.Avoid hot spicy and fatty meals 2.Continue Pan D before breakfast for another week 3. Get an Ultrasound whole abdomen to see for gallstones and to rule out pancreatitis
Health Tips
Drink plenty of fluids Avoid alcohol intake Avoid hot beverages empty stomach
