Which blood test is best for pregnancy test... actually I hv not done intercourse properly but I hv taken unwanted 72 due to tension on 9 th April after 4 hours ...and on 23 rd I got some spotting with tiny blood clots till 27 th April and on 28 th I hd done HCG urine test and the result is negative ...still I'm in the doubt so which blood is best plss suggest

Do serum beta hcg test, if it's negative there is no pregnancy.
