Untimely bleeding

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have taken femilon in month of december after 2nd day of my period and then in January I didn't took femilon but had protected sex. But in Feb my periods started 10 days prior to my cycle and it's heavy then usual. My cycle changed from month end to mid month after successful medical abortion in November. Kindly suggest
