Unsure of Medication. Course of tabs.

Got diagnosed today with staphylococcal infection as per the current doctor's opinion n wants to recheck on 3rd day based on meds reaction.1week before for throat pain, a doc had prescribed levoday500.Completed the course.I am unsure if this infection couldve been caused because of the same allergy that i had with levofloxacin, and unsure to take new tabs lymed and levoflox500 suggested today.Previously around 2.5+ yrs ago,was diagnosed with an infection and was provided with levofloxacin for treatment n it didnt react well with the body,  so doctor changed the tablets. I had totally forgot to notice that the tabs for throat pain also had levofloxacin in it, while undergoing treatment, and also dint check on the recent tab prescribed today was levoflox 500, which couldve been discussed with the doctor for an alternative treatment. Suggest me if I need to take this course of tabs.
