Unstoppable fantasy
I've been actually depressed for 2 years and I'm suffering to uncontrollable fantasy. Where for 24 hrs I feel like I'm dreaming and living the life out of imagination running into my mind. I cant stop my mind. It works as I wake up till I sleep and I'm scared it'll affect my behavior. It just started when I thought if how I wanted to be in the future and started to create fictional friends. All I want is to avoid depression. How can I avoid this? I am finding solution for 2 years.
