Unsteady while walking
Hi, I have diagnosed dehiscence of lateral semicircular canal recommend to do surgery as per advice I have done ear surgery radical mastorid in the last month now it's 83 days but after surgery still I am feeling unsteadiness and ear discharge with smell, my doctor suggested to use cooking vinegar actic acid 2%, but discharge is there with smell.
Its making me scare as what will be happen.

It is common to have ear discharge after undergoing radical Mastoidectomy. Lateral semicircular canal fistula surgery is always tricky and unless done precisely failure chances are high. You should consider undergoing vestibular rehabilitation therapy
