Past two weeks... My BP is staying abnormal.. Sometimes it is very high sometimes its normal.. First two days I hac headaches... After two days its not headaches but I feel different in brain... Also body cramps are happening
I have hypothyroidism and taking 175mg thyronorm (Abbott)
Earlier I used to take zonisep tablet... Past two months I'm not taking as said by doctor kr buch... But for six years I took that medicine
My weight is 85 kg

Please mention when did you check your thyroid last? How much high BP do you get??
High blood pressure can be because of the higher dose of thyroid you might be taking. So please get your thyroid check.
For hypothyroidism it is very much beneficial.if u go for regular workout just for 25-30mins. It gives energetic feeling. Please check your physician if symptoms last longer.

You have lost your endurance & coz of weigh poor posture lack of flexibility you are experiencing stiffness,pain & lethargy [Main cause is Thyroid issue].
Follow some rules protocol strictly for 3-4 months atleast you will be fine & your thyroid level also will get down.
Use sports shoes & do ankle pumps a lot to reduce Cramps. Hydrate your body to decrease intensity of cramps.
