Unplanned pregnancy after ipill

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I took ipill and I did not get my periods. Got tested in pregnancy kit and got 2 lines. It's 4 weeks now. I don't have any medical issues and I have a first baby 2 years old. This pregnancy was not planned. I do not want o proceed this? Any medicines at this stage?
