Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough to deal with. It looks like growing up one of your parents would be highly critical of you and a perfectionist at that. The subconscious mind has stored incidents where all this happened and you didn’t feel nice and that gets triggered every time someone speaks negatively about you at work. We will have to take you into a trance and open this story and heal these emotions of grief fear and anger to make sure you don’t feel triggered by outer circumstances. It’s ideal to be in a place of being able to talk about this to the people who are criticising you or just be able to quit this job. These are decisions you will be able to make easily once we are in therapy together. I am sure it’s hard for you to make these decisions now because you feel powerless. Doing therapy with me will give you the power you need to make these changes. You’re brave. Stay ⚽️

Hi
Facing criticism at work is making you feel stressed and anxious. You cannot avoid criticism but you can feel positive about yourself. Try to do your best at work and avoid trying to be perfect. Try to not be hard on yourself. It is not always possible to do too much in a day. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about what you are going through in the workplace. Do not worry with counselling sessions you will feel better.

You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.” – Olin Miller

“Don’t worry if people think you’re crazy. You are crazy. You have that kind of intoxicating insanity that lets other people dream outside of the lines and become who they’re destined to be.” – Jennifer Elisabeth
Perfectionists tend to demonstrate a “fixed” mindset, rather than a “growth” mindset. People with growth mindsets believe in their ability to learn and grow over time. As a result, they find it easier to weather setbacks. Failure isn’t tied to their sense of self-worth. Individuals with fixed mindsets, on the other hand, believe people are born with natural talents and abilities. These individuals set exceedingly high standards and strive to avoid failure at all costs. Failure can therefore shake up how they see themselves.
Hi... Sometimes perfectionism leads to anxiety. When we try to much to be perfect in various roles & responsibilities, especially while fulfilling expectations of self and significant others, we tend to push ourselves to the limits and in doing so compromise our mental well-being. Best is to let yourself little loose. It's okay to not fulfil roles & responsibilities, not to meet expectations, and to not perform to the optimum level all the time. Also, please keep a check on your personal life. Sometimes our personal lives have some deep rooted issues that make us anxious at work front as well.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
