My friend is getting puss at below the back side above the butt hole while do long drive. He is not feeling pain but situation is weird because of the puss. However while seating on chair/ Dunlop it comes to normal.. No puss.. No pain etc..
He is taking home medicine like harad, butter milk, lots of water n juice after researched on the internet. Can you please tell us what's the issue n how can he remediate?

dear friend please go see a surgeon ASAP because either your friend is suffering from a Pilonidal sinus or a perianal sinus both need urgent ad effective surgical cure or else there are chances they wii be complicated ad cause major grief later
