Unknown bumbs back of throat

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I had an awful sorethroat in the beginning of september, and two doctors that i went to told me it wasnt strep it was just a sore throat. Now i have orangeish reddish bumps still on the back of my throat and inflammed tonsils. I cant tell if it hurts or not because i have had it for so long. Im scared
