Unilateral sternalis mucsle
Can someone suggest if the sternalis muscle can be removed surgically or it is not a safe option ? as I am going through severe pain for last 3 years. Physiotherapy could not help. Muscle relaxants could not help. Pain exists all 24 hours. Restricting my movements but it still persists
