Uneven skin tone and acne

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am suffering from acne and pimple problem from the very beginning of my teenage. Also I have an uneven skin tone as like cheeks are more white than chin area and forehead. Consulted and treated by many doctors but in vain. No changes. Also my skin is not tight enough. but no wrinkles occurred. Suggestion needed.
