Due to continuous sitting in office last week, my butt muscles have developed and uneasy pain sometimes feel numb. I can sit continously for 10 mins. What should i do. Please suggest

Try and avoid sitting for prolonged hours and make sure your posture is correct while sitting down. Regularly stand up from your seat and walk around to let the blood flow proper to your legs and rest of your body.
