Uneásy after getting up from sleep
My son is 32 years old Working He is healthy lively With no sickness or health issue His only problem is WHEN HE WAKES UP IN THE MORNING HE FEELS SLIGHT DIZZY AND  INCREASED PLAPITATION at least once  a week or fortnight, he gets so frighten when this happens to him I would like to know what is the cause of this? Which doctor should I consult ? Thanking you in anticipation Worried mother

Is he working on computers screen for long durations? If yes, the cause may cervical spondylitis due to postural reasons while working. The rules are that after every twenty minutes, he should look at a distance of twenty feet for a period of twenty seconds. Neck exercises like forward and backward bending and side ways should be done regularly. While waking up he should sit for a minute or two before standing up.
